fuse problem! on a 97 limited 4x4

So the big green fuse and one that looks the same in my engine compartment blew out and completely killed my truck i replaced the battery and cleaned up the battery termimals trimed up the ends of the battery cables and reconnected them and picked up new fuses from Toyota dealership AND put in a starter the truck started up but the green fuse in the dash board blew out again and my battery light is on . I am missing a small fuse and im thinking that can be it but i dont know the amperage of the fuse or if any of the fuses have the right amperage ...any ideas anyone can give me
