Costco has Mobil 1 discounted until the the end of the month @ $26.99 for 6 quarts.

If this stacks with the rebate this an EZ decision... Less than $2.50 a quart.

Walmart is not on the list of approved vendors and they mention TWICE that Amazon is specifically excluded.

By the way, COSTCO isn't on the list either.

Well that sucks! I just bought 7 quarts from Wally World a couple of weeks ago. But then I guess Walymart probably discounts it enough to equal the rebate. I want my 12 bucks damnit!

Check Amazon- I just bought 2 of the 5 quart jugs for $22.88 each. I put them in my cart about a month before I need to change my oil, then just check it frequently and they usually drop to a super low price eventually.

I see. That I have done when its on sale at Costco. Costco price was high the last time I was there. O'reillys had 5 quart jugs for a great price recently, so I bought one there.
Also, O'reillys gives me points which then becomes free money to me. I get my fluids, tape and cleaning stuff from them with the free money.

I get mine at Costco too when they do that $10 off deal. Sams Club does the same deal.

I had the same experience. Mobil honored the rebate for oil I purchased at Walmart despite not being on the list. It's worth giving it a shot.

It’s a little late now as the promo expires tomorrow, however figured I’d post anyway as it sounds they run similar promotions every so often.

I just got off the phone with a Mobil rep who works in the promotions department. They’ve advised that they will honor the promotion for “just about any retailer, with the exception of Amazon.com”.

I bought two 6-packs at SAMs last month for $27.78 (should be $2.63 a quart after the promo), however I’ll probably stop by Wal-Mart tomorrow and stock up on 0w-20 & 5w-20 for my girl’s car. They’re offering $22.88 for the 5 quart jug, which comes out to $2.18 a quart after the promo. Can’t beat that!

The last day to submit for the rebate is 6/30/18. I'm going to try to finagle and use my Dad's address or my gf's name or something, in order to buy moar oils.

FYI - per the Mobil website their synthetic motor oil is good for 5 years. I just bought my 4Runner this past Saturday and I receive an oil change from Toyota at 10k and one at 20k. So even if I stock up, I should utilize the oil before 'expiration'.

I wish my city had a Costco, the closest one is a little over an hour away. Honestly, I hate Walmart but they are the best place here where I’m at to purchase oil. I stopped at the dealer and a few auto part stores to see what they were charging for Mobil1 FS. All places had the same price, $7.99/qt, so I would’ve paid a little over $40 after taxes. Went to Walmart and got a 5qt jug + an extra quart and spent $10 less than I would’ve for just 5qts at all the other shops and the dealership.
