Filled up in Oldbridge New Jersey. $2.99 a gal for Sunoco regular.

I have to say I love my runner but this is getting out of hand. Going to have to ride the Harley more at least I can get 50mpg and have some fun at the same time,

87 = $3.199
89 = $3.354

That would be nice, haven't seen below 3 bucks for nearly six months here. Just paid 3.55 for regular.

Ron, is 85 even healthy fuel?

Evan

What is healthy fuel?

If you're talking about the octane level being sufficient, keep in mind that required octane changes with elevation. Most of the country will have 87 octane as "regular" grade, but that's because most of the country is at or near sea level.

Imagine how much LOWER gas prices would be in New Jersey if the state did not make it mandatory that all gas stations be full service (ie NO Self Serve Gas anywhere in the state).

we fill up in Hazlet. Holmdel stations, although down the street from our house, are almost $.20 more per gallon. it's ridiculous.

crazy thing... last night i was going through all my gas receipts for my taxes and in Jan of 07, Reg gas was below $2... like $1.91. crazy how much it shot up since.
