odometer isnt the same, trans position is different, but might be same discrete.

I know the physical differences and I would put money on the cluster bolting right in. I'm just curious if if the plugs will work and make the gauges work.

I'm not 100% positive but I do believe the plug connectors are different and you would need the connectors that plug into the cluster and then re-pin wires.
