Gauging interest in prefabbed satoshi grills

How many would be interested in precut grill mesh only for 96-98 grills with door trim surround already attached? I could do more but that would be a lot of back and forth shipping with you sending me your grill and me doing the mod and then shipping it back....could get expensive. I would think shipping just the completed cut mesh one way wouldn't be too expensive. What do you guys think?

All that you wud need to do is cut your grill center out, drill some holes for zipties, and paint your choice of color. The mesh would be precut and ready to insert.

There maybe some intrinsic value here. If you have an idea of the end cost to the buyer, that may drive interest towards your project. Shipping is biggest unknown factor. Choose cities of both coast as well as northern / southern most, and estimate those cost combined with the product should narrow the end users cost. As far as materials, what type of grille mesh did you use? Pictures would help as well. Great idea, I like it.

IF I decided to even do this mod, it would be nice to get a pre-cut piece.

(I think this mod only looks good with a steel bumper w/hoops like an ARB or SW. And I'm planning on fabbing a bumper with a welder friend this summer.)
So if you have set this up by then. I'll be in.

Also, don't use gutter guard like I did, it is too flexible. I was able to correct for this but if I did it again I would use another type of mesh.

Yeah, I did it a few weeks ago but I thought the gutter did a great job. It will stiffen up a bit if you use the door trim and give it a little more rigidity. I just got my computer back 30 minutes ago and I'll take some pics of what I have soon. There is room for improvement which I saw after doing it the first time and will be correcting that for the buyers.

If you are interested in this PM me. I'm thinking the materials will be about $8 for mesh and trim so I think $25 plus shipping would be fair.

Here's a pic per request of it on my truck...sorry for the crappy photo. The next go round will be a much better fit. I'm going to take the old one out make the corrections and then make copies.
