I have about 9K now on 05 V8. It seems that I have a gear whine accelerating from a stop at a normal easy pace up to about 50 to 60mph. It sounds like a turbine spooling up as speed increases but it seems to go away around 50-60. I also have heard that woo woo woo hum at 75+ but that was from new and I don't normally go over 70 much. Plus I think the exhaust hum might drown out that noise. I didn't notice it on my recent trip to Maine but now I hear this gear noise. Its slight but distinct and is aways there. I have an appointment for friday so I'll see what they have to say... as if we don't already know!!:arrow:
