Looking for opinions and options for my third gen. Coming from some of my other vehicles I fell that its a little "ball less" Im trying to decide what I should do? I have the 2000 Limited 3.4L with rear E locker.

What are my options?

Any recommendations on regearing? How will this effect mpg?

TRD SuperCharger? How hard to find? Price Range?

Turbo? Stability? Cost?

Any input would be great.

Thanks guys.

The cheapest option is obviously new gears, but I don't think that will help a ton unless your lifted and have big tires.

I would go with a supercharger. I think it adds somewhere in the 80-100 hp range.

TRD SuperCharger? How hard to find? Pretty easy to come by. Price Range? I have seen them go anywhere from 800-2000.

Turbo? Stability? Cost? Only bolt on setup I have seen is the STS Turbo kit. I personally don't have any experience with the setup. As far as cost I think the kit will run about $4000

If you plan to run 33's I would just slap on a supercharger and URD fuel upgrade kit and see how you like it. My buddy had this exact setup on his 2002 4runner, it had great power and on long trips he saw 22+ mpg which I think is awesome. Good luck on your decision

For turbo you can look into the STS kit. I am doing the same right now. Won't get really into detail until I know what your curious about.
