Gen3 4Runner rear wiper problem

I have a 2000 4Runner that the rear wiper just stopped working. Neither the wiper or the washer work. I looked at both fuse locations and do not see one labeled rear wiper. Where is the fuse for the rear wiper? Is this a fuse problem or something else? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

The back window may not be all the way up. Try putting it down and back up. Try a search if that doesn't work, I know it's been discussed before.
