I've noticed over the last couple months that General is slowly becoming a dumping spot for people with typically generation specific issues.
I've seen a lot of 4th gen problem threads popping up in General that don't seem to get relocated to the 4th gen section where many 4th gen members typially roam and where they would get the best help.
I've noticed the same for 5th & 3rd gen vehicles as well. I'm not saying the mods are lazy (okay... maybe just [MENTION=55855]zopperman[/MENTION] :bounce: ) but rather trying to figure out if our system here is broken and too many people are not able to navigate into the sub-forums where they will best get help. Or is it that many "new" members (as this seems to be the typical poster in regards to these types of misplaced threads) don't really care.
I do know the moderators tend to be pretty busy and they can't catch all the misplaced threads on the forum, I'm not a mod so I can't move them; just suggest they be recreated/relocated. I'm just curious if anyone else has noticed this and perhaps any insight?

While not exactly "General Discussions" pertinent since it has little to nothing to do with 4Runners in general, I do feel it fits in this sub-forum in terms of pertinent information directly tied to the General Discussions sub-forum; in case you're wondering why this is not in Off-Topic or another sub-forum.
