Getting rid of Stock Sub Enclosure with JL Audio 8 inch woofer and upgrading my sound

I am getting some new stuff installed in the 4Runner and wanted to see anybody wanted a stock sub enclosure and Jl 8 inch Sub for thier rig. I am putting in a 12 inch fiberglass box from bassforms and installing a Pioneer 12 inch woofer in place of the old Stuff. Pics of the old enclosure to come and pics of the stock enclosure below.
