Anyone use the GFORCE chip in a 2011 4-Runner? Does it really improve both gas milage and power?

I just put one on my 2008 Rav4 3.5L v6. My gas milage has gone to the crapper, no horse power gain, and my Cruise Control drops out as I'm driving down the highway. NOT very impressed at all. I've checked my installation several time over, it is connected correctly...
