I've put about 50 miles on since the install and I can say I'm pleased this far. I plan on checking the bolts tonite to see if re-tightening is necessary as recommended by Gibson. The Exhaust is NOT too loud, at least for my taste. Here are some pictures.

The pics above are from a 5th gen owner from this forum. I pm'd him asking him to chime in. Of course I've heard the system and there's no drone on this unit. It's a nice tuned sound and goes with the look of the truck. I can't stand how Toyota makes such a whisper quiet factory system for such a rugged vehicle. But that's all manufacturers. Unless you have a Denali

I'm very pleased with system. Very well built. Life time warranty (with stainless steel version and if you are in the NE like me that choice is a no brainer). Paired with my TRD CAI (which Gibson confirmed with pair well together) the sound is great. I actually hear my intake more in the cab than the exhaust. Little to no drone. I will try and get a sound clip up soon.

I can tell you, it sounds just about the same as the V6 system on the 03-10 4Runner. It's a nice mellow sound, NO DRONE. It's not a loud system. It's a nice quality sound without being overbearing. How the truck SHOULD have sounded from the factory.

i am afraid of creating a rattle with my ShrockWorks skid plates. Has there been an installation on a 2014 4Runner with ShrockWorks skids?

If you can, make a video and text it to me. The one I have wasn't take with a good camera. Hopefully you have a decent phone.
