I am running Gibson's system with the side exhaust and love it. It is a beefy sound and looks amazing. I went with the edge cut tip not rolled…custom job. I think only rolled tips available from Gibson.

Looks pretty cool, OC4X4! I don't care for rolled tips, either.
Do you have any photos of the installed system from under the truck ? And how about a shot directly from the rear from a low perspective?
And can I assume you do not experience "drone" under any load conditions?

Right?! I figure, I'll run it and IF it gets crossed and then I'll chop it
No "drone" in the cabin. It is beefy but not annoying loud. It passed the "wife test". I love my set up.

I've installed and heard in person the v6 and V8 system for this truck. It's a nice tuned sound, that is NOT LOUD. No drone. Shoot me a text as I have a v6 and V8 on my phone;

I'm not sure what you mean. There is no v8 for the 5th gen.

I have the magnaflow with the URD y-pipe and the drone is ridiculous. Anyone have this exhaust with that set up?

Yea, the Magnaflow does drone. The Gibson is the quietest one there is on the 4Runner. I bet you could easily sell that Magnaflow on here and then grab a Gibson. I can tell you this, there is no drone.
Did your truck stall twice? how about an inside and outside of the cabin acceleration vid? thanks
Stall? Ha, no my son was taking video. I was in the driver's seat. Turnned my rig off then on to show the sound at startup.
I had a flowmaster on my FJ and it was too loud. I am extremely happy with my Gibson. It is beefy but not Douchie loud.

Heads up everyone, I called Jason today and he was able to squeeze me into the group from the black Friday sale. I got the sale price on the Gibson exhaust and black ceramic tip.
Jason said he would be able to squeeze a few more people into that sale price, but it's a first come first serve so hurry and get in on this. He also said he wasn't sure when there would be another sale.

UPDATE Sale back on!
