gibson exhuast rattle

I just noticed my exhaust rattling on my gibson cat back for a 04 t4r. It sounds like my tailpipe is hitting my bumper. I went under the thing and made sure all the bolts are tight.

Has anyone else noticed this? it only happens around 65 miles an hour mostly while going uphill.

I just put mine on yesterday and no problems. You might want to recheck all the clearances around the pipes especially over the axel. Sounds like yours is hitting somewhere and didn't check it over before you tightened the clamps.

I had mine plasma welded by an exhaust shop after receiving it 2-weeks ago from Burtman. I had it Plasma welded because I was worried about everything lining up perfect with the "slide in" system and bolts.

After 2-hours it came out Great. Looks and sounds perfect with NO chance of leaks and no rattles at any speed.

We first hooked it up the way the instructions came and it did not hang right and was not straight next to the undercarriage at all.
