Glove Box Bulb

I'll save both of you some time and trouble and tell you right off the bat to save your time. A lot of year ago I got to the bulb to try to change it out with an LED. It's basically a single light with two metal connectors. Probably could wire in a single LED light, but wasn't worth the hassle for me.

Did you ever figure this out?
I bought a LED bulb kit that has the glove-box bulb but I can't see up in there to figure out how to remove it. Is it possible to remove without taking out the entire glove-box? I looked at all the links provided below but none of them tell how to remove the bulb for the 5th gen version One looks like its for an older 3rd or 4th gen with a clear cover mine (2012) does not have that.
The other link is for a cosmetic makeover to make it look like a limited edition and does not go into details of how to remove the bulb or the glove-box
