Glove Box Light, how to get to!

I'd like to find the designer who made the decision to put the glove box light in a place where it cant be replaced easily!

What's the trick to getting to that thing!

even when replaced with an led, it still sucks, but you can easily wire in a couple xtra lights like this. & the stock bulb was already replaced with an led.

I put an LED replacement in mine. I just used my leatherman and slipped the bulb in, maybe I'm missing a cover or something?
