Gobi rack light bar questions...

Hey everybody...I've had my Gobi Stealth rack installed for quite a while now, and I am now wanting to get a 40-42 in. light bar installed above the wind deflector.

My Gobi rack came with the 2 support bars there at the rise section on the front of it.

Am I still able to mount a light bar up there with the 2 support bars there?

Any suggestions on what light bar/bracket combinations may work?

Thanks guys!

I know it's not exactly what you're looking for, but you could always mount 4 smaller lights up there. I'm not certain you'd be able to setup a huge light bar without a fair bit of fabrication due to the vertical bars in the front.

Rigid SR-Q's work really well up there, and you can pick them up for pretty cheap if you shop around enough.

Thanks bloodninja! That looks great!

I would really like a 40ish inch light bar up there, but if there are no options due to the vertical support bars being in the way, I may need to look for other options such as what you mentioned!

Thanks man!

Look at Antman thread, he did three separate rigid SR's I believe. I've seen other do 3 separate E series lights up there. May cost a few extra bucks versus one large light bar but some added flexibility.

Thanks Jhalko, I'll check out Antman's thread to see how that would work. Thanks for the additional idea!

I found a thread by "fmulino"....It look's like he mounted a 40 in. curved light bar somehow (not sure if he cut the vertical bars or not?) I just sent him a PM..

I have a gobi stealth with 40 inch rigid e series set up. Rigid sells the brackets you need to mount it.so that it sits above the wind fairing and just in front of the front bar.

Thanks brother...Just to be clear, does your Gobi Stealth have the two vertical support bars, or did you buy your Gobi rack light bar ready, without the 2 vertical bars?

Mine didn't have any vertical bars on it. Bought them with the light. But I hear you can get them light bar ready now if that's what you're referring to.

I have the stealth, and I am also going with the 4 lights (not by rigid). I will be using GG Lightings instead. I just made a post about this like 5 min ago lol

You can always try this method as it may be cheaper
