Should I be worried?

Put my ladder up yesterday, everything was flush, level (beides on step that isnt exactly square).

Went out this evening and the top of the ladder didnt look level anymore. Climbed up and found the bracket on the ride side has shifted up and now the ladder isnt sitting flat on the top.

Is this going to cause any issues? Anyone else experience this?

I'll be at 12 weeks tomorrow, and I haven't heard anything yet. Hoping to hear something soon, I need it before my vacation in 3 weeks. Fingers crossed.

Guys I would suggest just doing a quick nice email to trail duty and to Sandra at gobi. I did because I never heard anything and they told me it already shipped a day or two prior.

Last Thursday was 12 weeks for me. Emailed and got a response saying that my rack would be handed over to the freight company today. I will update as to the progress! I agree with others, the company. Gobi or Trail Duty should be updating us periodically as to the status of our orders....

Just to keep people in the loop, I received an unsolicited email from Sandra at Gobi, that my Rack should ship next week. I ordered on March 27th, so if it comes in by Friday June 19, (with my luck this is unlikely since I leave on a week long trip Saturday the 20th. ) it will be 84 days or exactly 12 weeks.

Hope everyone gets theirs soon! I know I can't wait!

Good for you! Not for me. I ordered March 13 and was told freight company would have it this past Monday. Still haven't heard anything.

I've got an update from Gobi today:

All order(our GB) should be completed by the end of this month we still have a few more to go into production while the other ones are coming out and other ones are shipping

Sorry for the delay, I think we picked a bad time for a massive GB. They were hit with orders due to the spring rush for the summer from all different models of racks. Just 4Runner's are 100+.

I have gathered more than a few feedbacks that I will review with them later, along the line with better tracking, better status reporting (i think we can appreciate a note here and there stating where our specific rack is), better expectation setting (they could have done what shrockworks did and started out with 12-16weeks lead time expectation).

Anyways, hope that you will get yours soon (I am still waiting on mine....)!

Totally agree!!

I think they had never been hit with the amount of orders in this magnitude before, and they didn't do a good job estimating. And their 1 person customer service is overwhelmed by the amount of orders, so, the communications/updates suffered.

I am not trying to defend their behaviors, I am just trying to provide some (limited) insights I have.

My rack was just dropped off by the freight company. I ordered on March 9th, and live in NH, so I expected a long wait.

Same thing happened to mine, I have my ladder level, but the bracket isn't flush anymore. Was flush when I was mocking it up.

Seems sturdy though, I ended up putting silicon in to reduce any water or dirt building up under there.
