Seriously.. I am sure people don't care waiting a bit longer since we got a better price but when they start shipping the later orders first, that messes up a reputation and pisses people off. I am still patiently waiting, never contacted TD or Gobi, anything think I should reach out or just wait it out?
I'm just waiting it out. It's December. It will snow soon and I'm not going anywhere.

I wish that was the case, but it's not. I'm number 97 and no word so far. Not complaining though, I know I won't get mine until possibly February.

Yeah, I shouldn't complain. It's still within posted expectations.
It's just frustrating still having warm temps in Michigan at the end of December and no snow on the ground, perfect time to get it delivered and installed.

From a customer service perspective this is terrible. (1) TG shouldn't send out bad information to customers. If anything under-promise then over-deliver. Not the other way around. (2) Communication is key. I shouldn't have to find out about the 12-week delivery schedule secondhand from a message board. (I really don't remember that being a part of the original post when I was last on here about a month ago.)
To be fair you did find out about the group buy on a message board . . .
I remember reading the initial post, or one of the PM's, and seeing the delivery schedule.

So we don't all bombard TD- I emailed them and received this response
"We are checking with Gobi and will let you know shortly. As Gobi build racks in batches, sometimes they are shipped a little out of order due to the exact configuration that they build, but they do try and ship them in the correct order when they can. It should be shipping in the next couple of weeks, we will let you know when it ships."

To anyone who didn't get in on the group buy, I'm in the process of trying to cancel my order due to unseen issues and if for some reason I can not I will have a GOBI package for sale if anyone is interested in what I ordered. No mark ups just what I paid for the package
I'm still patiently waiting as well.

I reached out to TD and Gobi the Monday after Christmas and heard back from TD saying that they are having trouble getting in touch with Gobi and that the last they heard Gobi was hoping to have all orders shipped out in the first couple weeks of January.
Tomorrow marks 11 weeks since I placed my order and i have never heard a peep out of either company aside from what I listed from TD when i contacted them a week ago.
I am located in the NYC area which is as far as you can get from Gobi i guess... I though this was the reason but there are people "around the corner" from Gobi still waiting...
I understand we got a deal on this but we as a group also gave them SO MUCH BUSINESS. I really hope at the very least they gave Jicko a free setup for arranging all this.
