Maybe they should concentrate on building racks instead of suing other rack company's. More time manufacturing & less time in the courtroom might have made some clients happy. I would never buy anything from these people.

Intellectual property, especially in today's world, is extremely important. If you don't protect your IP, you are going to go out of business. To say that they shouldn't sue other companies means you're telling them to give away their IP for free. That doesn't make sense. Also, as far as I can tell from the list on page 1, you aren't even a part of the GB... so why make comments like this? Seems like you have a personal agenda here. You certainly aren't helping or adding anything of value.

I can't speak for them, but I'm guessing they don't feel threatened. I'm also pretty sure they're not reading this thread. What I'm not sure about is why you are posting in this thread since you aren't in the group buy and the group buy is already closed. Like I said, you aren't contributing anything of value here.

The point of the comment was that if Gobi employed more fabricators and less lawyers, they could better meet customers expectations for delivery.

If they did that and allowed other companies to steal their ideas and designs they'd be out of business. Plus, posting comments like that on a thread full of people who have already spent money on a product helps no one. Just sounds like sour grapes to me.
You do know that the people doing the litigating are NOT the same people who do the design, fabrication, shipping, marketing/advertising, office admin, etc... work right?

Same here. Got an email late last week saying it'll ship in 7-10 days...
Also was told, when caddying for the Dalai Lama, that when i die, on my deathbed, I'll receive total consciousness. So I've got that going for me too, which is nice.

Well that's disappointing, I'm #29. Talked to Gobi again today, my rack SHOULD be done and shipped this week which means I SHOULD have it by the end of the month...
