You should have been charged immediately when you placed your order, if you paid with a credit card. I was charged on NOV 5th, when I placed my order.

Just got off the phone for the third time with GOBI and they stated I should have my rack no later than the end of next week. Soooo, probably by July.

for some, timeframe for this GB has stretched considerably longer than originally thought (@csireeves, [MENTION=126590]bloodninja[/MENTION]), however...
How is it that the company that organizes, invoices, charges and manages orders for this product bears no further responsibility to the people that they collected payments from?!? Trail Duty needs to make good on promises of "best service" and get answers from GOBI for all with outstanding orders, especially since they are the ones that collected our money.
If I ordered a bundle of 2x4s from a box store and it doesn't show up, should the mill be the only one that owes me an explanation?
I'm glad to hear that Trail Duty is providing some communication, but at this point, how much can it be trusted?

Same here, I don't want to keep calling because the few times I did over the last month or two, I recieved that same answer.. I wonder if Gobi tells their customer service people to say that even if the rack hasn't started being made.

Just wanted to chime in with my recent experience with Trail Duty & Gobi. I had missed out on this Group Buy so I went ahead and placed an order with Trail Duty on January 8th for a Stealth Rack for my 3rd Gen.
I emailed Gobi on April 5th to check the status of my order and they responded in less than 24 hours that it was scheduled to ship out on the 11th. Trail Duty then emailed me on the 7th (today) to say that Gobi had shipped my rack and it should be to me in 5-10 days.
Assuming it shows up in the next two weeks, both parties were pretty good with communication and realized expected production times with tomorrow being 13 weeks since ordering.
