Update: Just got tracking info for the ladder and gas struts. Ordered yesterday from Trail Duty.

No I emailed support before ordering. Just add the ladder and apply the code for the $15 off. They manually add the struts to your order.

They were pretty quick, I placed my order around 3:57pm Central time and got an email at 4:07pm stating

" Thank you for your order.

Your order will ship direct from Gobi and will be with you in approx 2-4 weeks.

The free rear gas struts will be included with your order. "

is the 8-10 their generic response or actual dates? I was informed from the start could take 12-16. I ordered Nov 28 and not expecting to see it until March

I also ordered mine in November the 21st to be exact and I do not plan on seeing the thing for quite some time. I mean it's so cold and there is so much snow it's not like I could mount it anyway so what's the hurry?

On the original email it was 16-18.
Second email 8-10. I am not expecting until maybe march if I'm lucky. I would be surprised if it shows up before that.

That's funny...here's what I got 12/10/16:

"Thank you for participating in the Group Buy.

Your order will ship direct from Gobi and will be with you in approx 8-10 weeks.

A full itemized sales receipt will be sent to you shortly.

The free ladder, free sunroof insert and free wind deflector will be included with your order."

I sent an email about the free rear gas struts and they confirmed that I'd be getting them.

Also, I noticed you're in Dallas...are you installing the rack yourself?

Three days later, and I never did get a confirmation from Trail Duty for my order of package #4. I emailed them yesterday morning quoting the above confirmation text, but never got a reply.

But then, before ordering, I tried ordering via phone on Tuesday from both Gobi and Trail Duty, leaving a call back number, and never got a reply from either company...
