That's funny...here's what I got 12/10/16:

I sent an email about the free rear gas struts and they confirmed that I'd be getting them.

Also, I noticed you're in Dallas...are you installing the rack yourself?

I didn't get the rack, only the ladder itself since I'll be getting a different rack. But I did help installed my friend Gobi roof rack a few weeks ago.

Four days later, and I never did get a confirmation from Trail Duty for my order of package #4. I emailed them yesterday morning quoting the above confirmation text, but never got a reply.

But then, before ordering, I tried ordering via phone on Tuesday from both Gobi and Trail Duty, leaving a call back number, and never got a reply...

When I emailed Trail Duty before ordering they were pretty quick with the reply.

I just ordered the same package with Hi-Lift accessory...first tried the paypal option and the code did not work, but I went back to my cart and used the code with credit card payment and it worked perfectly. Can't wait for my rack!

As an agreement with the vendors, we will remove all the posted details of the deal and will not disclose the deal to future potential buyers (some unreasonable people always try to push the vendors to give them "the deal" even when they are way pass the "groupbuy" period, and this really annoys the heck out of vendors).

So, team, please respect that.

Finally, when you get your rack, please post pictures, installation, trips, family outings, getting married on top of your 4Runner etc...... we WANT to see ALL of them!!

Thanks for setting this up Jicko - do you plan on updating the list on page 1? Those who ordered already paid and received confirmations, so I'm not sure if it matters. (I'm new to group buys)

I ordered/paid thru Trail Duty on 1/9 and received an Order Update from them on 1/11.

You can always contact them as they are usually quick to respond.

I sent them a quick email inquiring about my order and making sure everything was okay. Got a quick ping back that they are gonna check then shortly after got the confirmation.

Im sure they had a ton of orders, might be worth sending them another email.

I got the confirmation from Trail Duty today, and a separate reply to my email that said they were inundated by all the orders, and took time to get things caught up.
