Going Up In Tire Size Question

On my TE if I go from the stock 265/70/17 to 275/70/17 will this throw off the computer or cause any type of problem ?

I had the dealer put 275's on my truck before I took delivery and I've had no problems whatsoever. I have almost 10K miles on it now. I know several others on this board have done the same. You'll be fine.

as longs as they tires are the same height you'll be fine. otherwise your speedo will be off

According to Tire Size Calc the looks like the speedo will report a slower speed, other then that it shouldn't cause any problems. There are guys on the board that are running 285's on stock rims no lift either.
