Same car incase your wondering, one has price other has miles. Also I understand rear lockers and all that jazz, but does overdrive mean the same thing? Because it has that under the Autotrader webpage. Not really interested if it dosen't have a rear locker. Thanks for the help!

Not a bad start but with 4th gens moving into their 4th year of production 3rd gen values have taken a hit but you might get another $1000 off the price or at least talk them down to $14k flat.

Ya, I was planning to low ball them at $12,500 and see if I could get somewhere around $13,500.

But can anyone still answer me about if it has a rear locker, I think I'm suppose to look for an orange button to the left of the steering wheel. But was just wonderin if Electronic Overdrive meant Rear Locker, before I drove down there. Thanks.

All 4Runners have overdrive on the auto trannys. Just look for the button that says diff lock next to the dash light dimmer on the left side of the steering wheel.

The one pic you can see the dash in looks like it might have the locker button but still can't tell.

overdrive and rear lockers are VERY different.

do some searching on rear lockers and youll know right away how different they are.

Thanks, I understand the difference now. So what do you say I should ask for, for a good deal. I was thinking $13,500, but do you think I can go lower than that?

$13500 is a good price but if it's been on the lot for a while they may let it go for a little cheaper but probably not much.

Seems High too me!! thats just me though.

I just picked up a 99 SRS Runner V/6 Auto for 10800 with 85000 miles. This was private sale though.

Keep looking you will find the one. I did after awhile of looking.
