Good Deal....or Not?

Im looking to do the FJ/Bilstein combo. Does this seem like a good package deal? If not, where is a better place to get them?

Personally I'd rather deal with Toytec than some ebay retailer. I'm pretty sure that Toytec is having a July sale too.
