There isn't much detail there, so it's hard to judge the price. Know that the leather is aftermarket - the factory only puts leather on the Limited.
Use Edmunds or KBB to appraise it and see what they say. Also, look for dealer listings for comparable units around your area. Carmax is a great place to look for that, as are used car listing sites like cars.com or vehix.com.
