Good Deal?

wondering what people think. I have found a local (canada) 2003 4runner, v8 limited with all the bells and whistles. 176k km on the clock (110k miles). Winter tires (good) on rims, summer tires (bald) on oem 17 inch rims. Body not mint, but good. Nothing wrong, but does need front rotors/pads and a single front caliper. Drives well. Interior will need to be cleaned, as it was used as a work vehicle. It is that grey/blue colour that looks good on a runner IMO. Price? $10,000.
Whatya think??

Best I can remember from talking to others, they are much higher up there than here in the southern US. For my area, that's a good deal. Was timing belt and related stuff done on time? Does it have the rear air suspension (that's known to have issues in places where they salt the roads a lot, I know several in Canada have had theirs fail)? According to your description, I'd take it for that if I was in the market, maybe try to negotiate a little lower. You can use those details as leverage, but at the end of the day I wouldn't be disappointed to pay 10k if it was fully rust free.
