Got a quote for a 2005 Limited, titanium, V6,4x4, stone leather, sun roof, rear spolier, side bags, 6 disc changer, all of this on the west coast CA to be exact. Price 35,095. Does not include taxes or lic/doc fee.
That sounds like a good deal, but not exactly a great deal. I've heard other members getting better deals. The quote you got was roughly the same price for me when I bought my '04 V6 LTD 4wd this time last year. It was relatively close to the edmunds.com price. Good Luck!
