Well we know how well a 4Runner will handle lightning. I'd be worry if I was in another SUV. :

Wow! I have been hit in airplanes a few times. The 'exit wound' is always dramatic as it was in this case. It seems like his antenna might have gotten statically charged to 'lure' the lightning. If the tires and radio were the extent of the damage they're very lucky!
