Got a tube bender in the Bay Area I can use? Need to make some rear side hoops

Anyone in the bay area have a tube bender i can borrow? I can supply beer?

Trying to make rear side hoops like the pic attached. I have the metal tubes.

Probably need a 5-6" die.
