Got all cleaned up today

It was llike 12 degrees here today , I went to the touchless car wash to clean the salt off. Brought it home and pulled it in the garage , cleaned it with a combo QD & cleaner , pulled out the Porter Cable and a pad and some Meguiars # 26 and gave it a good once over and buffed it off, cleaned my tires , put a sealant on my rims , hit the inside with the Vac. and QD that I use for dust , did the windows.

My garage is heated and insulated and 26 Flouresent lights , massive ceiling fan (for summer detailing) , by the time I did the truck it was 8 degrees and I was out there in shorts and a T shirt cleaning my truck. ( it was about 72 degrees in there ) .

She looks like a mall queen truck now I'll have it full of snow and mud before you know it.

After that 3 hours of drumming with 2 short breaks. I'm spent for the day.......

I've using left over stuff from my warehouse of detailing supplies , so I used something called Poorboys wheel sealant ( www.poorboysworld.com)

Personally I would look at products like FK1 , i use that stuff all the time, awsome stuff. (www.fk1usa.com) just get a good sealant or polish/with sealant

They actually do make "wheel wax", but from everything I have read (which is A LOT) its all the same as a good wax.

Im had some of the product called "Wheel Wax" , not really anything special.

With wheels stay with a sealant or a sealant wax combo or synthetic wax.. Wax w/reg carnuba will melt off on the first drive. Does no stand up to heat.

I just usually clean them with a QD and be done with it , this time however I was just using up excess product.
