Got bored with my 4th Generation T4R so

I went out and bought a 1st Gen and joined up with you old farts. It's the one I was getting opinions on back in July and just never bother to mention I had bought it. I cleaned her out, seafoamed her and have her running nicely.

The Good:

Old Parts available including rear interior panels and side mirrors
Oil Changed about 200 miles ago (no leaks)
Clutch and Brakes replaced within last 3 years
Tankota Quick Release Hinges
Heat Works Great
Newer, cleaner seats from a 2nd Gen 4runner

The not so good:

No AC (not that it matters with the hard top off)
Rear Window does not work (never mattered for me since I never had hard top on)
No interior Carpet
Cracked Windshield
No Spare Tire
Horn doesn't work (planning on fixing, pretty sure it's the contactor)
Undercarriage Surface Rust (Normal for a NE vehicle 25+ old) - Very little on the body other than where the cap (top) meets the body
Tires have a little dryrot but hold air and drive fine

I've really enjoyed it (and so have my kids), especially since we had a very mild winter, I was driving her around in December as my commuter. I don't think I've even put 1,000 mile son her since the summer. Sorry for the awful oversized photos. I'll get some better outside shots at some point. Alas however the fun must end as I've posted her to craigslist already for a new home since I am in the market for a new home.

Looks good. Check if your hazards currently work. If they also don't, it's the fuse. Horn and hazards share it.

holy blue interior batman! i havnt seen a blue dashboard in a 4runner yet. i actually didnt know they made blue ones. i assumed all the blue 4runners had grey interiors but i should have guessed with the red ones.... i like it though!
