Got my Black Headlight upgrade mod completed...56k beware

I installed the eBay Black headlights. I'm not sure what I think about the amber turn corners. Here are some photos...tell me what you think. I will eventually paint the grill and bumper silver to give it a more sporty look. Also got my windows tinted..
When I bought it off ebay in NY.

After new wheels, billet grille and lowering springs.

8000k bulb upgrade

Remove the grill by release the clips supporting it.

Unscrew the top screw and slide corner assemble out. May require a lot of tugging.

Removing 4 bolts supporting the lamp

The new assemble bolts back in the reverse order. The new look.

The headlights seemed a bit bright.

Bingo!! the lights need aiming.

After aiming the headlights. DONE!!

Your 4Runner get's better everytime, your putting a lot of work into it and it's turning out great!

So I've got another question about the headlight bulbs, how much brighter are they than stock? Can you tell a big difference? Because I replaced my dad's headlights once already, and these aren't even as bright as stock. He's going to get pissed if I don't get him something that's brighter than stock.

how much were those bulbs and can you post a picture of them at night from outside the truck so i can see how bright they really are?

also where you get the billet grille from.

The brightness output I think looks brighter than stock but that could be because they are 100w/90w bulbs instead of the 55w stock...? maybe? I'll try to get some night photos soon.

They are halogen..not HID yet. I've read that HID in the stock housing reveals a lot of glare. But not to fret...i've got projectors coming in the mail for my retrofit.

oh yeah, this street runner will not be hitting the back trails anytime soon. I'm more into huggin the corners, especially when i'm stayin on the bumper of some of these little rice cars trying to out handle me on the curvy roads.. Lol...

yeah i could just by a car, but its just more fun to surprise people with what a 4x4 suv can do.

hmm..ill trade you my 2wheel drive then for your 4x4 . did you have to upgrade your wiring harness for lights since the output is alot more great watts?

No i didn't upgrade the harness. I'm sure it is recommended but they don't seem to get that hot...no problems yet on this brand and wattage.
