Got my lift in mostly..... pics

Well, I put my lift in this weekend, and a new transfer case. Turns out the junkyard sold me OME 851 LC coils. These lift the LC 2". They lift me 5 to 6" on the rear. Now my extended OME shocks are too short. Way too short! I didn't notice the OME tag until after I had already fought the springs in, and fought hard! My buddy pointed it out to me.
So now, my e brake is tight, the brake line needs extended, and I need to extend the panhard bar. I have the rear end strapped down, to prevent it from ripping out the brakes and shocks. But man it looks sweet!
Any suggestions on shocks, anyone? I may try to order some 2005 Nissan Titan w/ 4" lift rear shocks. After that I'm at a loss, unless I fabricate a shock mount extension.

Here are the pics. I am parked next to a Runner with the 3" OME and the same size tires. You can see how much higher my roof is than his. Also have a shot next to an LC for comparison.

Shawn looks good the pictures don't show that much rake. How much did you lift the front? I have coilovers but did not want to go more than 1 1/2 inches from the bottom of the nut per their instructions.

I did the 3 inch up there, with the 883's and the OME shocks.
 
the rear end is up pretty high! What were you planning on doing for the panhard bar, and the brake lines? I know toytec will sell ya the extended brake line, and they have a 2" panhard drop bracket.

I don't know that 2" will be enough. May try to modify the brake line myself. My real concern right now is what to do with the shocks. I can do the rest pretty easily. It is real easy to cut the brake lines and add a length witn compression fittings. I think Toy tec wants $75 for it. I can do the same thing for around $10.
I may just go for the adjustable pan hard bar. If not I can cut it and weld a piece in there.

I'll try to get a shot of me next to it. You've met me and know how tall I am.
 
Has it settled a bit? I know mine had super rake to start with, i still prob need to do a panhard extension, but was able to get my brake line just fine with bending the bracket got me plenty of slack with 4-4.5 inch lift...

try bending the bracket and doing an extension from Toytec, think its like 40$ or something. Should be plenty for 6",

I agree with toytech76. you should try to get some LC shocks as well.

Contact these guys: sleeoffroad

they specialize in land cruiser's and i know they can get you some shocks that will work. And they are located in golden, so you can go pick them up!
