Got my Wolf Steel body panels in the mail today! Who else has them?

Take a look at these!





These are for the rear quarter panels. I also got their rocker panels as well. Everything looks really great. I am not going to put them on myself because that would be a disaster. I'm taking it to a body shop to have the welding done.

Does anyone here have any pictures of their 3rd Gens with these new body panels? I would love to see some before and after pics if anybody has some!

I’m currently repairing my dog leg on passenger side. Highly recommend drilling or grinding down the spot welds. Then splitting two metals apart before you cut anything. The only issue is the dog leg bottom part. Is not shaped properly.

It also looks like you inner metal is rotted out. The wolf only replaces the outer metal. So you might be looking at a high repair cost. Because the shop will have to do the inner metal repair them selfs. And that’s if they don’t half ass it.

Could go to a local junkyard with a sawzaw and cut some metal out for repair.

I use a spot weld drill bit. I think it's easier. But easiest is a plasma cutter set on low to just remove the top layer. My friend brought his plasma cutter out to do work on the old CJ

If you look closely. You should see them through the paint. You can use a spot weld drill bit. Or grinder. What you need to do is grind/wire wheel the paint of around that area to expose it all. Then you can visually see the spot weld. It’s literally a small circle. You grind that down till you hit the inner metal. And use something to get in between the two to pop it.

Cool thanks guys. I got a slip on rocker panel, not from wolf steel. Its pretty decent quality and seems to match up pretty well. It was only around $40 shipped to my door.

Funny that we're all from PA/NJ in this thread lol....wonder why
