I love what you've done with the front end. This is a complete opposite style compared to the typical T4R.org user, and I like the fact that you are on here too. Helps bring out the Street part of the forum.
Gotta say that's the best looking street 4runner I've seen. Those 22's really work with the rest of the mods you've got on your truck. Very very nice! I likes!
that is sweet what you have done to the Runner and it looks to belong to a much more expensive vehicle class-like the premium SUVs from Mercedes and Audi.
It's not my preference-I like to offroad-but I can appreciate the work you have done on it and the quality of the parts and effort put into it. Nicest street Runner I have seen on any of the forums but I am sure Burtman is working to outdo you even as we speak.... :bigok:
The Ultimate level of hood struts would look particularly nice on your vehicle-Burtman sells them as does Redline Tuning. But you probably already know all about that....
I helped Redline Tuning find a Michigan 3rd generation owner to test their system on and it is his rig pictured. Now if I can only find some Michigan 2nd and 1st generation Runner owners-there is talk the hood lift will likely work on those versions also with minor fitting.
The 4th gens apparently come with hood struts from the factory-I think a classy touch compared to that flimsy prop rod. I am the guy who bumped mine during an oil change and ended up with hood latch gouging my back and shoulders-never again thanks....
I say apparently because I won't likely be in a 4th gen for another 10 years or so....
