gotta dump my rear locker

Ok, so i bought a 95 pretty well built up - mostly because it was in great shape, but it has alot of off road stuff I really don't need. I do need a great off road vehicle - but not a rock crawler. Unlike alot of people - 4 wheeling is not a hobby for me, the 4 wheeling I do is for my job. So essentially I have to drive 400 or 500 miles on the road - then get off and do some pretty nasty knarly 2 track , sand washes, rutted out road excetera. If the road gets to bad - I walk in.

Anyway, the thing has a lock right locker in the rear - I need to dump that thing - it sucks on the road, preferably i would love to find an elocker system that I could engage when I need it!

So can I sell this thing? and can I buy an elocker setup?

There's a fella on RME (not me) looking to move an elocked rear off a '97, if you're not scared of shipping costs or a long drive... ;)

FOR SALE: Toyota 8" E-locked rear axle. 100% complete - Utah's Rock Crawling and Off-Road Forum

I'm in and out of SLC all the time, just got back last week, heading there again this weekend. That being said - it looks like a great unit - but for that price I can change mine over to a new ARB setup - and get the on board air as a bonus.

thanks for the heads up though, I will keep it in mind!

You can get a new ARB set up with air for $750? Maybe I need to take a drive.
