I have a Garmin GPSMap 76CSx that I use for a wide variety of things. It was mounted on a disk in my old Durango, but I could and would not do that to the new one 
I bought a Ram cup holder mounts and it works perfect, especially since that one cupholder is so far forward

I do not use it daily so it will not stay there normally.
