Hey guys. So my mom and dad want to get my girlfriend something for her birthday. My girlfriend always steals my Tom Tom, so they decided they would just get her her own since she uses it so much. I was just wondering, what would be the best GPS for at, around, or preferably under $150. I was looking at the Garmin Nuvi 205 (in pink... ha) for her, but not really sure what the whole GPS jargon is all about.

Thanks guys!

I think thats a good choice.. It is simple and easy to use...and if they have it in pink...wow..she really gonna like it...

Well, I did some searching, and I found a Tom Tom XL-S on amazon for $260 off. So a bigger unit cost the same as the smaller pink one from best buy. Only problem is, it's not in pink, so we got her a pink carrying case lol. Thanks!

I personally don't recommend a Tom Tom if she does any kind of offroad driving. I use a Lowrance. The price is right, plus I can use it when I fly or offroad. Tom Tom will not tell you your location if you are not on a road or highway. I bought mine to help me navigate the sand dunes at night in Southern California.

Lol, understandable, but she's not going to be doing any off roading in a Sebring Convertible any time soon.
