Superwinch is good. As well as Mile Marker. I would stay away from Bulldog, Smittybuilt, or any of the other hundreds of cheap chinese knock-off crap thats all made in the same sweat shop.

I had a 12k MileMarker on my Ramcharger. That thing took a beating and got me out of a lot of messes! No matter what you get though, I would definitely get a roller fairlead.
