Great day for a drive!

Well,

I decided to take a ride with the 4Runner today and stretch her legs! It's been parked for a couple of weeks, as I've geen driving my gas miser. We started out taking a little drive down the decomissioned railbed, then went to a sand pit, and decided to explore some of the side trails.

After that, we decided to zip down the highway to a nearby Native Aboriginal Reserve and have dinner at the Restaurant. After having some Chicken Wings and some Poutine (Fries/cheese curds/Gravy), we decided to take some pics by the Lake with the Local Attraction....the "Rockness Monster".

When I got back to the truck, I noticed that my little trip down one of the side trails had left a little "Badge of Honour" all along the driverside of the the truck.

After a little Mother's Polish and a couple of passes with my Orbital Polisher.....you can barely see the scratch!

I LOVE MOTHER'S POLISH!

All in all, a Great day....even got some info on a cool back road which leads to a really nice secluded beach! Probably going to check that out in the next week!

Seemed like a great day for a drive indeed..good times spent with family are invaluable. I can tell how you care not only for your family but also your truck...one measly scratch?...................just kidding man.

Very cool! Any time you can incorporate the family into doing things you love...it's just perfect. Unfortunately, most of my hobbies are done solo (motorcycles, mountain bikes, golf, etc.)

My kids love going with me and are always asking " When can we go on bumps again". Great to be able to enjoy together.

For sure guys....my eldest loves to ride in "le truck a daddy"....we're french....(DON'T JUDGE ME...LOL). She can also spot a 4Runner or Jeep (TJ, CJ, Wrangler, etc....) from a mile away! lol! (we run with some Jeepers sometimes)

It gives me an excuse to work on the truck....and "make it safe" for the kids! lol!
