Yup, I've used them before. I had one issue and they corrected it very quickly. The issue was the paint pen they sent me was dry. I called spoke to Barbara and they sent out another one and I got it a few days later. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again.

I've used these folks as well and had excellent service; they've helped me find part numbers, etc....the only downside for me is that I'm in Texas and so are they, therefore I have to pay sales tax....
