I was really suprised diving from PA to JFK airport last weekend. With AC on the computer average 19.9 MPG. Picked up 3 passengers and 6 pieces of luggage (about 300lbs) for the returned trip and the computer still averaged 19.9 MPG. WOW! I actually did 298 miles on 14.5 gallons..=20.55 MPG.
I forgot to say that this was with an 05 V8 SE.
I'm very pleased since my V6 Acura only gives 25 MPG with AC and no passengers.
