Green dot in left forum user info?

In the user information area, at left of a post, there is this green dot, under "Posts:___".

When clicked, it says "username is on a distinguished road".

What does that mean?
It looks like you are on that "road" even if you have only a few posts... like me, so it is apparently not a credential based on your post number!

That would be your rep or reputation level. I started a thread a while back about it, and its hardly used on this forum. Other forums that use it often you get extra green blocks for more rep and the more you get they might even change colors to red like I've seen in other forums. The highest on here only has 2 green blocks and that is childrenofbodom
