Grille guard swap out

I have a question,

I'm looking for a grille guard for my '92 and can't find any.. Any place I can buy one,

or is there a possibility of swapping out a guard off a 3rd gen runner and mounting it to my 2nd gen?

meh, lotta changes between 2nd and 3rd gen T4R's. Best bet is to measure the mounting points, and see if it'd mate up.

yeah I'm tryin to find one so I can try it, but no luck yet at Toy Salvage.

Friend of mine told me it should be the same chasy build, etc. between those 2 gens, but wanted to check

I have the same year and same looking 4runner. I am also looking for a good dependable brush guard. Any recomendations, or do you pretty much go off of appearance?
