link says that auction has been cancelled.
but my buddy showed me the shrockworks. i dont want a completely new bumper, just a grille guard that looks nice and will offer moderate protection...
somethin like Fo-Sheezy's, if you've seen his pic...

Not bad for under $400.

On a side note, I find it odd and interesting when people slap grill guards on their trucks along with 32 inch bling bling rims. Just seems counterproductive if you ask me. ;):

I don't think you can fit 32 inch rims on a 4Runner.

brian i think he was trying to take a jab at you with your 22s...

some chrome 18s on 33s would be pretty tight.

ha, i think ur Runner's pretty clean, Brian. lol.
id just rather go offroadin, and you cant do that very well w/ the 22's and 2WD. but i agree with Sloan, some chrome 18s and 33s would be straight!

hey 4Runner_mudder i bought one of those grille guards from there and if i was you i wouldnt spend the money on one..because the headlight guards dont contour the car that great also the gaurd shakes alot when you drive it..i still have it on but i took off the headlight guards off and just the center peice on and it doesnt shake that much

A) I'm not a dude
B) I was being facetious about the 32's
C) I'm not hating... just pointing out an obvious detail.

Take it how you want but there's no need to get upset.

:D

by he i meant he(r)

it was a typo :D

and has anybody ever bought one of the hunter brush guards? i was thinking about getting one myself..

yea so i guess they aren't that good?

so i should probably save my money and go with a WAAG brushguard or something like that?

I guess. I don't like brushguards personally so I haven't done any research on it. I do like Hunter's bull bar for our trucks though.

no but serious, christmas i was in a wreck and hit a gas pipe protector (big, thick post protecting neighborhood meters) and it basicly trashed my brushguard! but the good thing is it totaly saved my car!!! 35-0 is a hard hit! but the brushguard took it all. and also the brushguard kept it from setting off the airbags, whitch is kinda good, or the car would be totaled

i went to the local chux trux and picked up a brand new 3000 series go rhino brushguard for around $530.00...

it just scares me not haveing any protection in the front,
