so ive replaced both cv axles, not sure what else to check? every time i hit the slightest bump not matter what speed something makes a binding noise and the whole front end vibrates enough to make the radio short out...i hit the bump and then the noise seems to occur intermittintly every half sec or so and is consistant with the trucks bouncing up an down..help!

well im thinkin obviously u did somthing wrong.... lol im not sure but does it matter what way the cv's go in? and if so did u put them the right way? id start with obvious things to check first. that always seems to help me when i screw up

and u do have bj spacers... ive heard if your t bars are cranked all the way up and u put in the bj's then your cv angle is way outa wack. post a pick of the front of your truck so we can see the angles of the cv's. your 2nd gen doesnt have manual hubs so it would make sence that the cv's would always grind and bind up. u might have to back your t bars off a bit.

did the noise happen before you put in the bj's?
