Installed my fronts today! Makes a world of difference!!! I don't know if its just me but my truck drives so much smoother! I thought the ride was stiff just because I lifted it 3". Now its better than stock for sure! Gonna do the rears tomorrow!

Bumping up this thread due to a problem. I went through the winter with these links and I guess with all the salt they have seized up. The ends barely move and gotten noisy. Any idea how to bring them back to life? I was also thinking to get greasable rod ends to replace the existing ones. I can get them locally but not sure if it's necessary.

Soak them in Tri-Flow. This is great to add to the heims to help keep them from seizing up.

Do you think any dry lube would work? Any benefits of Tri-Flow over any other brand? I found Dupont teflon dry film lube in a spray can at a local Canadian Tire. Don't want to order online if I can get an equivalent locally. Also local bike stores carry WD-40 dry lube, first time I've seen that.

A lot of companies that sell UCA'S use TRI-FLOW. Local bike shops should also sell it since they use it on bike chains. TRI-FLOW is all that I have experience with.

Thanks Mike, I cleaned them up and sprayed them with the dupont stuff. Noise went away, I'll see how long it'll hold up.
