Contact Sandra at Gobi, arrange for a group buy, start a thread and have at it. Takes some effort and work but it's way more satisfying then just sitting around waiting for others to do it for you.

You obviously are uninformed on the situation. Gobi is essentially trying to make it so that you can only buy THEIR rack. Think of it as Jeep filing a patent on an SUV with 4WD and 4 doors. Our only options would be some badly made GC's and girly Wranglers.

thats BS. They defended their design MW acknowledged the problem and they are changing their design.... I support MW and cant wait to see what they come up with! Id love to see the front flare up in the tube go away, personally that is the one thing about Gobi i dislike. Camelback has the best looking but I dont have a year to hope for a rack only to have it rust out. Not to mention, Baja, FrontRunner and my personal #1 K9 still make racks
